Formerly Wirral Residential, Yes. Sales & Lettings is a Wallasey based property company specialising in sales, rentals and maintenance in and around the Wirral and Liverpool areas.

I took the brand back to its bare bones to completely overhaul the previously tired and unstructured design. 

Brand Key words: elegant, trustworthy, high-end

The simplistic yellow / grey palette is elegant and confident. As the business plans to grow and delve into higher-end properties, it was essential that the branding grew to compliment that. If the visual identity appears low budget and poorly constructed at first look, this will imply the same for the properties YES offers. 

The logo represents the form of a building. The type sits within the structure, creating a sense of safety and completion, and symbolising the company’s end goal - to find the client the perfect property and get them moved in happily and safely. The design is versatile and varies throughout the brand identity. The simplistic structure of the building is easily modified and can be reconstructed to create intriguing new forms. The variations of these shapes are used on the business cards, letterheads and website. Adding consistency, interest and flow through out the visual identity.
